من جوه التطبيق (الأسرع)
- افتح تطبيق أوكازيون وادخل على حسابك.
- دوس على "حسابي".
- دوس "حذف الحساب" وأكّد.
الحساب بيتمسح على طول. ولو التطبيق طلب منك تسجّل دخول تاني قبل الحذف، ده للتأكد إنك صاحب الحساب.
من غير التطبيق
ابعت إيميل لـ info@okazeon.com من نفس الإيميل اللي مسجّل بيه في أوكازيون، واكتب في العنوان "حذف حساب". هنمسح الحساب خلال 30 يوم ونبعتلك تأكيد.
إيه اللي بيتمسح
- حسابك وبيانات الدخول.
- اسمك وإيميلك.
- المنتجات اللي في المفضلة.
- رصيد نقاط الولاء وكود الإحالة.
- سجلات الضغط على العروض المرتبطة بحسابك، ودي بتتمسح خلال 30 يوم من الحذف.
قبل ما تمسح
الحذف نهائي ومش هتقدر ترجّع الحساب. النقاط اللي لسه ما استبدلتهاش هتضيع، ولو عملت حساب جديد بعد كده هيبدأ من الصفر.
Delete your OKazeon account
In the app (fastest)
- Open the OKazeon app and sign in.
- Tap "حسابي" (My account).
- Tap "حذف الحساب" (Delete account) and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately. The app may ask you to sign in again first to confirm it is you.
Without the app
Email info@okazeon.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete account". We will delete the account within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your name and email address.
- Your Favorites.
- Your loyalty points balance and referral code.
- Deal-click records linked to your account, which are deleted within 30 days.
Before you delete
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Unredeemed points are lost, and a new account starts from zero.
