Browsing without an account

You can browse all deals without signing in. We do not ask for your name or email. Only general usage data is collected (see "Usage analytics").

If you create an account

Signing in is optional and uses Google Sign-In or email and password. When you sign in we store:

• Your name, email address and sign-in method.
• Passwords are stored encrypted by Google Firebase Authentication; we cannot see them.
• Your referral code and account creation date.
• The products you save to Favorites.
• Your loyalty points balance.

Deal clicks

When you are signed in and tap a deal, we record the time, the product, the store and your referral code, so we can reconcile affiliate commissions and confirm your points. The link that opens the store contains your referral code (sub_id) but never your name or email.

Order screenshots

If you upload a screenshot of an order to earn points, it is used only to review the order and confirm your points, and is not shared with anyone.

Usage analytics

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand, in aggregate, which screens and sections are used and to detect problems. It may collect device model, Android version, approximate country, and device and app identifiers. We do not use this data to identify you.

How we use data

• To run your account and sync Favorites across devices.
• To calculate loyalty points and referrals and reconcile commissions with stores.
• To improve the app and fix problems.
• To reply when you contact us.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for targeted advertising.

Who receives data

• Google (Firebase): provides sign-in, the database and analytics. Account data is stored on Google servers in Europe.
• Stores and affiliate networks: receive only the referral code. Purchases happen on the store's own site or app and are governed by the store's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare: hosts okazeon.com and forwards email sent to info@okazeon.com; it may log technical data such as IP addresses for security.

Security

Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted, and database rules only let each user access their own data.

Retention and account deletion

We keep your account data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app or by email. See Delete your account.

Your rights

You can edit your name in the app, remove Favorites at any time, and request a copy, correction or deletion of your data by emailing info@okazeon.com.

Website

okazeon.com does not use cookies or tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Children

OKazeon is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and explain significant changes in the app.
